Thank you for shopping at Zelia Vanderpuije. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.


Email us within 7 calendar days from upon receiving your order as to why you wish to return your items. You have 28 calendar days to return your item/s from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please ensure that the items are undamaged and returned intact. The tags should not be torn off.

You should ensure you are not wearing perfume, make up or anything that will stain the item. We will be unable to accept any returns if these instructions are not followed accordingly.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

For international customers, please note. We are unable to offer free returns on your order. We are unable to refund you for your shipping costs.


Once we receive your item/s, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 7 working days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Sale Items

We do not give refunds or exchanges on sale items.
